Who we are

G3 Properties is a South African-based real estate investment and development company specialising in the industrial property sector with offices in Johannesburg and Somerset West.

G3 focuses on investing in properties in well-known industrial nodes with strong long-term fundementals. A hallmark of G3 is its innovative approach to transaction structuring and partnerships, leveraging its strong relationships formed over decades with financial institutions, the construction industry and property professionals and consultants.

G3 skill set extends from in-house management of its property developments through to the property management of its real estate holdings.

G3's portfolio includes over 27 000 m² of warehousing and manufacturing space spread across strategic industrial nodes.

Gareth, a co-founder of G3, has over twenty years experience in the commercial property industry together having also spent eighteen years in the banking industry in a number of senior management positions. Gareth holds a bachelor of commerce degree from UNISA, a Management and Advancement Programme Diploma from Wits Business School and a diploma in Advanced Banking from Rand Afrikaans University.

Steven, a co-founder of G3, has worked in the in the commercial property industry for over twenty years in a range of disciplines including development management, finance and asset management. Steven has bachelor's degree in Building Science from the University of the Witwatersrand and was awarded his CFA charter in 2003.
